Roots is a chilled out bar featuring Jamaican decor and an outdoor beach. It is one of the more popular student hangouts in Obz  and the scenery will have you convinced that you're sitting in a bar in downtown Kingston. This is a great place to relax and chat with your friends after work. If you're feeling like a game of pool, there are a few tables located in the back corner of the main room, although Stones is probably a better place if you're looking for a serious game. You can catch the occasional live band and every Wednesday a special troup of fire dancers perform on the beach, which is invariably a superb visual spectacle. Also be sure to sample the margaritas!
