The VAC crew headed out to beautiful and lush Kirstenbosch Gardens for this activity. The Gardens are a national park and a treasure to behold – covered in indigenous species, crammed with amazing views, and beautifully tended.
Some people stayed in the Gardens while the others made their way up the steep and rewarding Skeleton Gorge. At the top…surprise! A white sandy beach. Even though it was howling with wind and the sand was blasting our skin off, Katie Connan still managed to get in the water and go for a swim.
