Paarl Wine Tasting & Cheese Sampling

This trip was one of the most fun Friday activities in recent memory! A big crew of new interns has arrived, and when we piled into the bus and set off to Fairview Winery and Cheese makers, the conversation began to flow! I’d say we all got to know each other pretty well on this trip.
Val De Vie was also stunning, and I’m sure most people’s first times inside a real life Polo club. An excellent Friday afternoon had by all!
