Full name, contact information, passport details, payment information, date of arrival and departure, dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions, preferences in terms of travel, reviews, feedback and other relevant information to ensuring a successful stay in the VACorps program.

We may, on occasion share some of this information (with your permission), with our transport suppliers, excursion providers and other ancillary support and operation staff, in order to provide you with the best possible stay in the program.

Retention of Data

We take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is stored securely using a variety of security and administrative procedures, as needed. We keep your data stored for up to 7 years in order to comply with legal and audit requirements, and also in case you do visit again to provide you with the same level of personalization.
