This Friday, we’ll be heading to Chapman’s Peak for this week’s excursion—one of the most rewarding hikes on the Cape Peninsula. The trail offers sweeping views of the coastline, ocean below, and surrounding fynbos-covered slopes.
At the summit, we’ll be rewarded with expansive 360-degree views showcasing the peninsula in all directions. Along the way, keep an eye out for indigenous fynbos species such as proteas and ericas, as well as local wildlife. With some luck, we may spot lizards along the trail or birds of prey soaring overhead.
