VAC Program Calendar
The VAC program runs across three terms. Use the tabs below to help plan your arrival by viewing key program dates and recommended arrival days for each term.
If you are participating in a fixed-date or semester program, you are required to arrive on the stipulated arrival date. Participants on independent experiences have more flexibility in their arrival. However, we recommend arriving on one of the suggested arrival dates below so that you can join orientation with other new interns who have just arrived in Cape Town. Orientation is designed as a shared experience, and starting your program alongside others makes settling in and exploring the city more enjoyable.
