The VACorps Program Fee, totaling USD 3175, is structured across three payments*

1. USD 350 Refundable Program Deposit
   • This amount is due when you enroll in the VACorps Program.
   • It is fully refundable in the event that VACorps is unable to secure an appropriate internship placement for you within a reasonable timeframe.
   • Once we receive your program deposit, we will promptly initiate the placement process.
2. USD 650 Internship Placement Confirmation Fee
   • This fee becomes payable once both you and VACorps have mutually agreed upon a suitable internship placement.
   • Typically, this payment is expected to be made within 14 days of confirming your internship placement.
3. USD 2175 Final Program Fee*
   • This payment should be settled two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival in Cape Town.
