“VACorps staff found an excellent position for me with the National Parks Law Enforcement, there I not only had the chance to learn and grow both professionally and personally but build lasting connections with co-workers. On the job I spent my days exploring Table Mountain National Park and ensuring visitor safety, leaving me with stories to pass on to my peers back home, I couldn’t have asked for a better internship.

“I not only had an amazing experience within my internship but also on my free time, thanks to VAC’s weekend activities, which included wine tasting, birthday Braai, and hiking. I found good friends in fellow interns who I would share the day’s adventures with during supper at the Forex. I had the privilege to venture to Kruger National Park and Johannesburg with a handful of awesome interns and created memories that will stay with me forever.
