Accessible Support: Our team is always within reach.  We regularly check in on your progress and provide opportunities for face-to-face interaction at our Weekly Meet Ups and Culture Series events. All of our program housing is conveniently located within walking distance of our offices, and most of our staff live in very close proximity.

24/7 Emergency Support: Our safety officer is on call for after-hour emergencies to prioritize your well-being and security. As a qualified police reservist with extensive expertise in handling diverse emergency situations, you can trust that you’re in capable hands.

Medical Support: We provide comprehensive support for your healthcare needs. Whether you need to schedule an appointment with a physician or require urgent after-hours medical attention, we provide informed recommendations and will accompany you to one of you to one of Cape Town’s premier healthcare providers to ensure you get the care you need promptly and efficiently.

Mental Health Support: If you believe you may benefit from mental health care, we will assist you to access the support you require. We will cover the cost of your first session, and connect you with experienced and qualified mental health care professionals who have experience working with international students.
